Ingredients (3 servings)

12 small white onions, peeled
2 tbs flour
dash of black pepper
pinch of nutmeg
1 cup milk
3 tbs butter
Peel onions. Place in boiling water and cook for 15 -20 minutes... till tender but not over done. Drain and place aside. In separate pan melt butter, whisk in flour, pepper and nutmeg and cook 1 minute. Add milk and cook till thicken. Stir in onions and serve warm... Your mouth will water....
